I signed a CR2a agreement several months ago not knowing realy what it was. now I know I can not meet the agreements due to my wife stopping a sale of our house.

Mr. Steuart is correct. If you can demonstrate that the agreement has become impossible due to your ex's conduct (not your own) then you might get somewhere - but that is a very tough thing to prove.
Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
Re: how to dismiss an unfair CR2 agreement
The course would be to file a motion to set aside the CR2A, that said, I would advise you that you will have a heavy burden to persuade the court to set it aside. The courts favor these agreements, and the fact that you may have difficulty in executing it is unfortunate, but that alone will not persuade the court to set it aside. If your wife's agreement to the sale of the house was a term of the CR2A then her refusal may be breach of the agreement by her. You express your lack of understanding what the CR2A was, that leaves me wondering what you thought it was. The CR2As that I have seen produced by other attorneys and the ones I produce are clear about what they are and that they can be used in court and enforced.
