dissmissal of divorce

hi. my husband and i have reconciled. how do we stop the divorce. we dont have lawyers. what forms do we need 2 sign? do we have 2 show up to court still for our status hearing or do these forms nullify everything? thx

You should file a motion and order to dismiss the action without prejudice. There is no mandatory form. If you have had the action dismissed you don't need to show up for any other hearings. The dismissal can be done in ex parte (so you should be able to just mail it in with a copy to be returned in a self addressed stamped envelope). You should check with the administrator of the court for your county on whether there is an ex parte fee.
