division of assets
I came into marriage with equity assets from 15 year prior marriage,we were married for 5 years.what is fair ?

What is fair? That is always the core question when making a distribution. Typically separate property that comes in is separate property at the end of the marriage (if it has not be commingled). But all assets and liabilities are before the court in making a fair and equitable distribution. The total circumstance will be considered by the court in making decisions.
