If I do not agree with want I signed in my divorce papers, signed on 4/07, is it to late to ask for 1/2 of everything? I agreed to leave with only my jeep, but was told I could come back for all my stuff in the garage. now there is a restraining order . All I want is my personal stuff tools, clothes, ect. what do I do?

It depends on what you signed. If you signed a joinder (to join the petition) but there is no decree yet, then you can revoke your joinder - provided you do it promptly.

Depending on what the RO says, you can ask for a civil standby to get your property. Your best plan right now is to get a lawyer and ask them to arrange for you to get your property back.
