Divorce agreement

My ex-husband was ordered to pay me a lump sum in the event our home did not sell. To date, he has not paid. I do not want the home, and I have offered a structured settlement with interest, but he won't sign. Can I get the amount entered as a judgement against him, so that it will accrue interest and show up on his credit report, lien on house, etc? Can I do that without an attorney?

I am going to assume that this is in the decree. You should already have a judgment.
