Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I am currently going through a divorce and am not allowed to drop my husband from my group insurance policy until the divorce is final. Will he be required to reimburse me for these insurance premiums when the divorce is fiinal?

Perhaps, depending on your negotiations or the decision of the court. This would be something to include in settlement negotiations or testify about at trial. I could also be included in any temporary orders, but the cost of having your lawyer do that would likely be more than what you are paying extra in premiums.
