divorce, child custody,
my wife make alot more than i do
dosent want child support but in
the state of wa i think i have to pay
some. i thought if i have the kids
half the time then i wouldnt have to
pay this. also if i dont have the kids
have the time living with me do i
lose an right toward my kids. does
she have all the say.

You need to get an attorney. WA state courts will require you (mother and father) to present a reasonable parenting plan, the default is that both parents are to have significant contact with the children and decision making is joint. Child support is required in WA, and it is formula driven, there are adjustments that can be made based on amount of time a parent has residential time with the children. You really need to have an attorney explain this to you in more detail than can be done in this forum.
