Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Divorce. Community Property 50-50 split. I am Respondent.

Before Assets were divided spouse

lied under oath in various areas. Extortion, Fraud, slander, 9 counts

of purgery. Court Order was issu-

ed to halt the distribution of pro-

perty. Informed there has been

''Landmark Decisions made by cou-rts.''

distribution o property. Informed there has been ''LandMark Decision

made by courts.'' Court reversed

its decision and awarded the bulk

of the assets to the Respondent.

Criminal acts by the spouse

would release the court from 50-50

spit of assests. Spouse received

prision time. (In my case. Single sou

rse income-Spouse never worked-liv

ed in trilevel home for 22yrs,not as

married couple. Had own apartment

on lower level. Looking for anyone

aware and who could assist in locat

ing where these Land Mark Cases

took place. If located, attorney woul

d obtain information and petition court to rule on this case in the same manner.

Will appreciate any help you can give me in this area.

I can't figure out what you are writing about. What was the "LandMark" decision about? Who said "LandMark" case? Probably the best course would be to ask them what it was about. What were the nature of the criminal convictions of your spouse on perjury, fraud and extortion? I.e. were they related to the divorce case?
