Divorce and custody

Both my wife and I are on active duty serving in Japan we got married in WA she moved in with another man two months after living with me in JP what kind of evidence do I need in order to file for divorce on the grounds of infidelity and for custody of our child

WA is a no-fault state. You allege that the marriage is irretreviably broken and don't go into any other details. The court is not interested in what happened, just in what you want to happen now.

Your best resource is Jim Cathcart in Tacoma. He is really good at military issues.
