Can I divorce a fedral inmate for free

Can I do my own paperwork and divorce a federal inmate for free. I live in WA we were married in WA and he is at USP in Louisiana.

The fact that your spouse is in a federal prison does not control whether you can file for divorce without fee in WA. The controlling condition is your financial situation.
