I have a friend and she is in a lot of trouble. She is trying to divorce her husban. He is not paying for child support now or helping with the house payment and she may lose the house before she goes to court what can she do ? (he wants the house ) She has two childred .

Kindest thing you could do is to help her find the local Volunteer Legal Services office and help her get to a clinic where she can consult with an attorney. They are on line. Look for "Tacoma Pierce County Pro Bono Family Law".
