my soon to be ex husband and i went to court we dicided we would be filing together, so the jugde signed off on the order. My ex and both agreed we wanted to change that order to filinf seperate, each of us whould claim one kid. What paper work do i need to do to change the curt order? (both parties agreed to change)

Is this the Order of Support you are speaking of or something else? Another alternative would be to just use the IRS Form 8332. Quality of question affects quality of answer.
