I had a mediator date of 4-27-07 and now my wifes lawyer has moved it to July 5th. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

That's a long ways off. Schedules get crowded and it is professional courtesy to reschedule and there isn't a lot you can do about it.
However, a phone call asking for a date sooner followed by a letter and a conference call rescheduling somewhere between now and July would not be out of line.
