Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Divorce

I am still legally married, he and I have not been together since 1998 and he as been in prison since 2007 and will be at least until 2015. Is there anything unusual about proceedings in this situation?

Not particularly, you should file for dissolution of marriage (divorce) and get him served. The rest is the same as any divorce.
