Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Divorce

My marriage is 7 yrs old and i have a kid as well. Me & my wife have irreconcilable differences which don't seem to go away. How quickly can i get a divorce in the State of WA?

I am currently on a non-immigrant visa and my wife is on a dependent visa

Re: Divorce

If you both agree on the terms of divorce you can be divorced 90 days after filing the petition. If you don't agree you can still be divorced in about 150 days, but I don't recommend that because it really is just leaving the hardwork until last or leave issues hanging to bite you later.
