Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

divorce

I was married in the state of oklahoma, seperated for 2 years from my husband. I live in washington and he lives in kansas. I want to file my own divorce but I don't know which state to file with. Utah is my home of record. The divorce is uncontested. Please help. Thank you

Let me guess: Sill, Riley, Lewis. If you are on active duty in WA you can file the divorce here even if you are a resident of another State. If he will sign off on the divorce you can resolve all issues, if he would not sign off, there may be issues relating to property not in WA or parenting and support of children not in WA.
