Divorce property division

If I receive a portion of my husbands 401K and he then is entitled to 1/2 of my retirement, if he should pass away (he is currently ill) does my retirement come back to me.

The division of the retirement plans is controlled by the Qualified Domestic Relations Order. You likely need to review those documents with an attorney.
