Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Divorce

I was served papers and a court date to show has been given. Is this a date I should go to? Or is it just to say thew divorce is going through?

Re: Divorce

Without What documents you refer to I am not sure what the date is that you are asking about. If there is an order to show cause with a hearing date listed you should appear for that. They generally relate to contempt or protection orders. But again, without knowing what the documents are that you are referring to and what they say, I can't say what date you are asking about.
