Can the spouse go back to court and take claim to a house previously awarded to the husband by the courts?

That depends. I'd need to have a whole lot more information to answer your question.

If the dissolution is final, and the husband was ordered to pay something to the wife and he failed to do that, AND the Court awarded the house to the husband, then theoretically the wife could ask the court to enforce the decree or settlement in any reasonable manner, including revising the original award.

This is vague because your question is vague. I apologize, but I don't have nearly enough to go on.
