Wife file for divorce Jan6 2003 inwashinton state, I live in calif.
Iresponded to complaint by dening allpoints.
she has not done anything else, no response or court date.
How long do Ihave to wait? Can Idismissed it?

If you followed the rules for filing a response to the petition you are entitled to notice prior to any other action (motions).
What has happened or what you are supposed to do varies by Local Rule (county by county). In some counties after a year of non-prosecuted civil case the result is dismissal by the clerk.
