Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I have been divorced since Dec 29 2008 and my ex moved out three months prior to that on Sept 11, 2008. We own the home together and he does pay half the mortgage but that's it - he lives elsewhere. Does he have the right to enter this home where I have been living for a year anytime he wants day or night?

This reads like a pro-se divorce. Did you get a quitclaim deed or agreement on how to dispose of the property? Depending on what your decree says about use of the property or the restraining order or protection order portion of the decree, he may be able to do that now. If you don't want him to do it, you may want to go back to court and get a anti-harassment order.
