Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

divorced or married

I was wondering what laws, if any, pertain to filing for divorce and waiting the 90 days for it to be legal and then reuniting with the ex spouse before a year has gone by. Does that null the divorce?

I don't have enough information to answer your question properly. Was the divorce completed? Did you get a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage? If you didn't, and nothing happens in the action, then the Clerk of the Court will dismiss the action for want of prosecution after 12 months of inactivity in your court file. Otherwise, if the divorce was final, you can always get re-married. Reuniting after divorce does not nullify the divorce if it was completed.
