I have a grandson who was born in April.

Someone (male) wants a DNA test done . What is involved legally ?

Can They make my Son have this done on his son ?

Re: dna on a child by another person

No. The husband of a married woman, for all sorts of policy reasons, is the father of any child born to his wife while they are married and for nine months after.

End. Of. Story.

Of course, that's my opinion, and if the facts you provided were different I might answer differently.

Hope that helps. Elizabeth Powell
