Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Documents following ruling

Hello, I previously had a case that went to a state supreme court, was overturned in my favor, and sent back to circuit court to correct. The circuit court has not corrected or taken any action for four years now, now the other party wants to start a new case in a different state.

My question is this... As I recall after the ruling there was a thirty day wait for the court to issue a document indicating it's decision was final. This allowed for the appeal to take place. What is the name of that document? In responding to the new attorneys letter I wish to inform him they have not completed the case, nor have they issued this document which would give leave to start a new case.

Re: Documents following ruling

This reads like an non-WA case (the names of the courts don't match WA practice. So I am going to guess it is an OR case and render no opinion.
