How do I prove that there is emotional, mental, verbal, and economical abuse against me and my two young children, by my partner (their father), to a judge?

With evidence, e.g. declarations from you, declarations from other witnesses (the more independent the better), reports from law enforcement officials, healthcare professionals, bank records, etc. Contemporaneous records are better than recollections (records made as the event or immediately after the events occurred), business records are good, because they are made without interest in personalities or individuals.
