My exboyfriend refuses me any contact at all with our daughter

can my ex boy friend stop all communication from me and our daughter,he did and what do i do?and can the step mother spank our daughter?how can i stop this?

1. You will need to take him to court for contempt of the parenting plan. If there is no parenting plan, you will need to go to court to get one. If he has no legitimate reason to cut off communication, the court will most likely resolve the problem in your favor. If he has a good reason for cutting off contact, the court might not rule in your favor.

2. Yes, stepmom can spank. You will likely not be able to stop it unless she is abusive.
