Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Exhibt Lists and Documentary

I am wondering about the deadline in my divorce case titled '' Exchange of Witness & Exhibit Lists & Documentary'' Is this--name removed--mandatory time frame in which I must provide the other side with what I am planning to present at trial or is it voluntary?

Thank You

Re: Exhibt Lists and Documentary

This is a mandatory deadline, if you do not comply with the case schedule your case will be deemed off track, and it may be subject to dismissal if you do not get in compliance. If you are planning to introduce any evidence to support your side of the case, you'll need to draft a the exhibit and witness list and file before the deadline.
