Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I am expecting a child with a guy who does not live in the same state. First do I have to name him on the birth certificate, and what are the laws regarding child support and how could I have his parental rights terminated?

Although you can't be compelled to name the father, there are significant advantages to naming the father if you want to ask for child support. Termination of the parental relationship is relatively easy if it is for the purpose of someone else adopting the child, otherwise it is very difficult to get a court to approve it.
