Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
If your exwife filed for divorce in 1993 and the child support order which included daycare expenses totaling $585 a month (child was 3 in 1993), can the state continue to collect the same amount for 17 yrs. The exwife never reported a change in getting the daycare expenses removed?
