Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Ex-wife remarrying and moving out of country

My ex-wife is remarrying and moving to Australia, she wants to take our 3 year old son with her. Her idea of visitation is that I would get him 5 weeks out of the year at different times and I would be financially responsible for transportation to and from Australia. What are my options and will I still have to pay child support when my son is half way around the world in a different country?

If there is a parenting plan, she has to file a notice of intended relocation pursuant to statute.

Parties share transportation costs in washington law.

Child support still has to be paid.
