Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My boyfriend moved out of his wife's house and now she is seeking custody of the children. She claims that she wrote a letter and FedEx the letter overnight to my parents informing them of the situation in this custody battle. The wife also claims that she is serving me with a restraining order on her son. However I have only seen the son twice. I was wondering what are my rights?

I am not sure what the relevance of the letter and that it was FedExd to your parents is in this matter, but if you think it is significant then I clearly don't understand the situation. I would need to know more than you have provided in your question to be able to give you an answer.
