my husband wants to adopt my son and my son's biological father wants to sign his rights away, how do i make all of this happen?

For the biological father to sign his relationship away, you would prepare a document called Natural Father's Consent and Waiver for Adoption. Of course you will also have to do the adoption process, and my describing that process will be of little help to you if you do not understand in detail how to do it (or hire a professional to do it).
