That is a command performance - the court wants to know the status of your matter. You will be told to appear and the other party has to be there as well.
If you have an attorney that person can appear for you.
In King County, the schedules are merciless and the clerks are driven to keep things on track. Its the volume of cases - King Co. is the twelfth largest court system in the country.
I'm thinking you are in Eastern Washington, so chances are the court wants to know what the heck is taking so long.
