a support order granting frequent (3 per week) visitation has never been allowed .I have never seen ,my child he is noiw 15 years old.how do i terminate my rites and responsabilies in regaurd to this child

Support orders do not provide for residential time (that is found in the parenting plan or residential schedule). If the schedule is not being followed by the other parent then the remedy is contempt. Your prospects of forcing a termination of your parental relationship is very poor. Generally terminations are supported by a court for the purpose of facilitating an adoption.
