I am a non immigration.A US citizen wants to marry me.I want to know the laws related to my case.

I don't know what a "non immigration" means. Your immigration status however has no effect on your ability to marry unless there are other disabilities you have not disclosed, e.g. still married to somebody else, under age 18, etc. Whether you can enter or stay in the U.S. may be affected by factors that you have not disclosed, and marriage to a U.S. citizen may not fix them.
