Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

fiance moved me in,sold all my belongings, knowing x was coming home for 2nd cha

Naive, fooled, used. I fell for oldest trick in the book. Lied to everyone, not just me, bought our wedding sets 1 month after we met.6000, mine alone. Convinced me to move in with him, sold all of my belongins in a yard sale, all the while knowing full well his ex was planning to return from another state, reconcilation. Found out after proposal, he was still married. uuuugggg. convinced me just a date set back was all, minor inconsistency. Used my yard sale $ to finance trip to fly to SC to escort her back, telling me he had to gt her here to sign divorce papers. Home from work early ,tells me I need to make other living arrangements, my sister garage maybe.. Now What, Hurt and homeless

Sorry for the situation that you find yourself in. Unfortunately, you don't have any recourse through the family courts. Instead, you'll need to file a civil suit against him for the money spent, the loss of property, negligent infliction of emotional distress. You may want to go through small claims and claim the max $4000.00. You'll get quicker results this way, and you won't have to pay an attorney.
