Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I'm I filling out the paper work right

I have all the forms and documents to get the divore started, but I am not sure what I fill out and what I leave for the courts? how can I file the divorce with little money? Will it matter that he has a attonery and I don't? Is there a place for me to get cheap legal help? I've started a child support case, do I send those documents to the court when I file or after? He wants me to say we have 50/50 coustied when its really 75/25 will I need to prove it? How do I design a parenting plan? How can I get this divorce over with fast and with little pain to my daughter? Is there any attonery who will take my case on a payment plan?

The petition, summons, your proposed parenting plan, a Child Support Worksheet (with your info, and his if you know it) should be submitted with the initial filing (and should be complete). If you want to get temporary orders you should also submit a motion for temporary orders and the proposed temporary parenting plan and temporary support order. The parenting plan will show how much time each parent has with the children, and compliance is not optional (the parenting plan is a court order) and can be enforced through contempt. Many attorneys (as do I) do payment plans, you should discuss it with whoever you retain. You should also be aware that if you handle the divorce yourself, that you will be expected to comply with the Civil Rules and county's local rules (which easy if the matter is resolved in less than 150 days), after 150 days significant filing requirements start to occur.
