If a final parenting plan is put in place and i do not agree is there away to fix what i didn't agree to but yet its already filed?

Until a final order of the parenting plan is entered it may be changed by motion and suggesting different terms. A parenting plan that has been implemented as part of a final order may only be changed due to a substantial change in circumstances to justify the change.

Parental consent is not the sine qua non of parenting plan acceptance. Parenting plans are devised in the "best interest of the child," not the best interest of the parent (or with really any regard to parents interests).
