what should i do?
i'm trying to find out how to get full cusdy of my daugher. i can't aford a lawyer. the mother is mentaly ill she trys to commete suacide atlease once a months she cuts on herself. the baby is in a bad house she lives with her sister cuz her mom and dad are in and out of jail. the sister cuts to and they are drinking all the time. everytime i say i am calling the cops on her she threatens me with saying i raped her. she wants me to be with her but i dont want to be in that imviroment. i don't know where to start. i have saved text message and emails with her threates and picture she sent me of her cutting. what should i do?

Get a lawyer. No one can drag you through three years of law school and the bar exam and explain local rules in an email reply.
Sounds like you have a mess on your hands. If you are not careful, CPS is going to take your child into custody. Sell something, borrow some money, do what it takes to get professional help.
If you had a serious medical condition, you wouldn't be asking for a how to book and a scalpel, you'd be finding a doctor.
Same here. The difference is this is your daughter's future.
