Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

firing acct.

i would like to fire the acct. to which does the figures for the self employed biz that finances our one income marriage. problem i am seeing is i do not know if i should ask the law to accompany me? or not? why is my husband literally walked out the on me in feb08 and has yet to return nor have been able to talk at all to him.. but the firing of the acct. i have been wanting to do for some time ( and she is on his side by the way ).i was told that if he can hire? you can fire. well, reason why i want to fire the person is that i do not believe that i deserve to be shut out of my own marriage for yrs . and that there is any need what so ever for anyone to do what that person has been doing means how that that was 'my job' and he took it right from under neath me.i do not feel in any way that type of action towards me is in nor has been fair in any way. i being shut out of my own marriage , my position in the biz., etc.... access to any monies...so i do not at the same time, want to stir any sort of an action that may be having the law high tailing it when i demand to be given all and everything regarding the biz etc.. back to me and have to wait there for her to do so. hopefully i said this plain enough here?? appreciate it,in wa.

Re: firing acct.

If you are wondering why no lawyer has answered this quesstion (or the whole series of variants on it), it is because we are having to work so hard at understanding what you are asking. Take some time and effort to write your question out carefully, use good punctuation, capitalization, spelling. Proofread it critically. Be sure you have cut out the dramatization, be sure that you have presented relevant facts, and then critically read your question to be sure it is a clear question. You may get an answer.
