Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
what do i do?
I just found out that my exgirlfriend is planning to move to ohio taking our 2 sons with her within the next two weeks. I would like to keep them in my life however i am disabled so would not be able to take them permenantly. So is there a way to keep her in Washington?

No, you can't do anything about her relocation. What you have not provided is whether paternity has been established and how. If paternity has not been established, you should petition to establish paternity. If paternity was established by a court there is an open paternity action, and you could file to establish a residential schedule (and child support order).
