Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I have a friend who is in custody in everett wa on a fugitive from another state for a child support warrant from Wisconsin. How can he get out without a bail bond

A cake with a shovel and a chisel is a good start.

It'll depend on whether WI wants him. If they do he'll get shipped there. If not he'll be released, but that might require bail. A warrant is no joke. He really needs an attorney, and if he doesn't have one yet, and isn't paying CS then I suspect he might qualify for assigned counsel. I'd highly suggest trying for that.
