gave up parental rights but breaking court order

Bio mom gave up parental rights 12 yrs ago.Court order states she cant contact kids until 18 yrs old or she will have to pay back child support and med costs.She secretly contacted 17 yr old and wants to see him. He is vulnerable due to emotional issues. Will court order hold up

Court orders are presumed to be valid. The exact language of the order would affect her liability. She should have filed a motion to vacate or amend the order rather than engaging in deception. You may have grounds for contempt.
