Harassment from daughters stepmother

I received this email from my daughters stepmother. How should I react?

I am not really sure what is going on with you but, you seem to be a little too preoccupied with what your outside looks like to be bothered with what your insides look like. The gym should never interfere with your children and what they are getting form their mother. Just in case your mother didn�t tell you; when your insides are ugly, it shows through to your outsides.Your selfishness and disregard for others is now showing through in Mikaylah�s behavior and the way she is treating others, it is really sad that this is what you are teaching this wonderful little girl.

If this is all there is, a judge is unlikely to grant you any kind of no-contact, anti-harassment, protection order. This is one person expressing an opinion to another person and although it may offend you, it does not threaten or suggest a threat.
