No. WA is a community property state. You can petition for divorce and that will get you a just and equitable division of the property and the liabilities of the marital community. Half of everything your spouse earns is yours. That is an undivided one half interest. Half of every debt of your spouse's is yours, too.

If the two of you are not getting along to the point where the other spouse has "shut you out" petition for divorce and move for temporary orders. You can have this straightened out in about two weeks.
