Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My husbands ex wife is not letting him do his every other weekend visits. He hasn't seen his children (4&6) in over a month. She says when there at our house they come home with bruises and are all depressed and the older one hurts him self. It a total lie, my husband is the most caring dad Ive ever met. We live in a nice house, have good steady employment and she's never even worked just lives off his child support. His ex says she wont let him see his children until he agree through mediation to have visits only at her house, until she feels comfortable that they can resume visits here. She can't handle not being in control. Its crazy my husband hasn't done anything wrong and she lies. Not sure what to do?
