income

If I move out of my house and take less than bare minimum, do I have to give her half of my income until the divorce is final because, this is a 50/50 state. She does work but, most of the income is from me.

You are making multiple assumptions, about issues that are not relevant to a determination of temporary spousal maintenance. The general answer is that if one party has a significantly stronger economic position than the other spouse, he or she may be required to pay spousal maintenance. Whether you would have to pay, how much you would have to pay and how long you may have to pay is dependent on facts you have not provided.
