Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Two incomes one divorce

My boyfriend and I will marry next year, he is divorced. His ex-wife does work full time. He pays child support (cs) of $375.00 for one child. Can the courts add in my pay to increase the cs he currently pays? Also if we get custody of his child, would his ex-ife be required to pay us cs? Again does my pay affect the amount she'd have to pay us?

Re: Two incomes one divorce

1. Add in? No. Consider? Only under unusual circumstances.

2. He gets custody? She pays. (Use same worksheets, she pays her proportion to him instead of vice versa.)

3. See no. 1.
