Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

incorrigible 17 year old

We have a 17 year old who has been a run away for 6 months, coming home only when arrested - to leave again in 24 hours. She has arrests, warrants, and is into drugs and dropped out of school. We have an ARY on her and have tried everything. what are our liabilites/responsibilities for her crimes now? She stole money from us and has now threatened us with violence. Do we have a right now to say that she is not welcome back (IF she would come) since she poses a danger to us?
