Infidelity and getting a divorce

I'm getting a divorce and my soon to be exhusband had a baby by another women. How can it help or hinder the findings in the divorce if the information regarding the birth of the child is submitted in the divorce papers.

Washington follows the concept of "No Fault Divorce." The issue of relevance in a divorce in Washington is whether the marriage is "irretrievably broken." Infidelity is irrelevant. Your spouse could simply move to strike it from your pleadings as irrelevant.
